Create & Edit Accounts

Sidebar → Accounts → Add Account. Set up bank, cash, savings, or credit card accounts. Choose from 24+ currencies using the searchable picker. Click the pencil icon on any account card to edit its name, type, or currency later. Your total balance appears on the Dashboard.

Set Up Categories

Sidebar → Categories → Add Category. Create expense and income categories with icons, colors, and optional monthly budget limits. Set a limit to get alerts when you overspend.

Add Transactions

Click "+ Add Transaction" (top-right) or any page's add button. Choose income, expense, or transfer between accounts. Pick account, category, amount, and date. Enable "Recurring" to auto-generate future entries.

Recurring Transactions

Check "Recurring" when adding a transaction and pick daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. The app auto-generates entries on schedule. Sidebar → Recurring to view and cancel any template.

Scheduled Transactions

Sidebar → Scheduled → Schedule. Plan future payments in advance with a due date. Items show as Overdue, Due Today, or Upcoming. Click "✓ Done" to confirm and record the real transaction. Push reminders notify you on the app (mobile) with advance notice control in Settings → Notifications.

Savings Goals

Sidebar → Savings Goals → New Goal. Set a target amount, pick a custom icon and color, and add funds over time. Withdraw funds if needed. Mark as complete when you hit 100%.

Reports & Spending Insights

Sidebar → Reports. View spending by category with budget progress bars, monthly income vs expenses, and a 6-month trend chart. Navigate between months with the arrow buttons. The Dashboard also shows real-time spending insights — budget overruns and category trends vs last month (Basic & Pro).

Account Details & PDF Export

Sidebar → Accounts → click any account card to open its full transaction history. Click "Export PDF" to generate a printable report for that account.

Notifications (Mobile App)

The mobile app sends three notification types: Budget Alerts when you exceed a category limit, Scheduled Reminders (same day, 1 day before, or 2 days before a payment — your choice), and a Monthly Spending Digest on the 1st of each month. Control all of these in mobile Settings → Notifications.

Themes & Plans

Click the theme button (sidebar bottom-left) to cycle between Dark, Light, Premium (emerald & gold), and System mode. Sidebar → Upgrade to compare Free, Basic, and Pro plans. Basic unlocks scheduled transactions, push reminders, and reports. Pro removes all limits.

Auto-Transfers

Sidebar → Auto-Transfers → Add Rule. Set a rule to automatically transfer a percentage of every income transaction to another account (e.g. send 20% of all income straight to Savings). You can add multiple rules, toggle each on/off individually, and edit or delete them at any time. Active rules are shown on the account card and confirmed before each transfer.
